一、閥門控制器概 述 Brief introduction

　　該系列電動閥門控制箱，是與我廠生產(chǎn)的ZW型、JQ 型及QW 型閥門電動裝置配套使用的電控箱，用于控制閥門的開啟和關(guān)閉，可用于現(xiàn)場單獨控制或遠(yuǎn)方集中控制。 KFD型電控箱有抽屜式和掛壁式兩種結(jié)構(gòu)。

　　This series of control cabinet of electric valve is the one to be used together with ZW type, JQ type and QW type electric valve actuator produced by our company and to control the opening and closing of valve. It can be used in site individual control or long-distance centralized control.

　　1、電源：380V 50Hz 三相四線制(特殊要求，另見)

　　2、工作環(huán)境：

　　(1)環(huán)境溫度：—20℃~+60℃

　　(2)相對濕度：≤85%(20℃時)

　　(3)周圍不含強(qiáng)腐蝕性、易燃易爆介質(zhì)及導(dǎo)電塵埃。

　　3、規(guī)格：

　　1. Power: 380V, 50Hz, three-phase and four-wire system (special requirement can also be raised)

　　2. Working environment

　　(1) Ambient temperature: -20~+60℃ (2) Relative humidity:≤85% (at 20℃)

　　(3) There should not be strong corrosive, flammable and explosive medium and conductive dust around.

　　三、閥門控制器安裝與調(diào)試 Installation and debugging

　　1、將控制箱固定在支架上。

　　2、對照控制箱電氣原理圖、端子接線圖，用電纜按對應(yīng)的線號把控制箱和電動裝置的端子連接起來。

　　3、把三相電源分別接到控制箱的L1、L2;L3、N端子上。

　　4、在閥門處于中間位置時，按“開”或“關(guān)”按鈕，檢查閥門的旋向是否與按鈕一致，如不一致則調(diào)換電機(jī)電源相序。

　　5、在閥“開”“閉”過程中，檢查開度表指針是否正常。

　　6、當(dāng)閥門處于“全開”位置時，檢查開度表指針是否指示在滿刻度，如有誤差，調(diào)整面板上的“開度微調(diào)”電位器。

　　7、與閥門電動裝置配套控制，詳見閥門電動裝置說明書。

　　1. Fix the control cabinet on the bracket.

　　2. Connect the terminals on the control cabinet with those of the electric actuator by the cable as perelectric schematic diagram and terminal wiring diagram of control cabinet.

　　3. Connect the three-phase power with L1, L2; L3, N terminal on the control cabinet.

　　4. When the valve is in the middle, press on the ON or OFF button to inspect whether the rotationdirection of valve accords with the button. If not, please exchange the phase sequence of power of the motor.

　　5. In the opening and closing course of valve, inspect whether the needle of opening degree meter isnormal.

　　6. When the valve is totally open, inspect whether the needle of opening degree meter indicates to thelimit scale. If there is error, adjust the potentiometer of “fine adjustment of opening degree” on the panel.
